Antena 3, one of the main television companies in Spain, is a full-scale national broadcaster of news, entertainment and sports programmes. It is one of two private TV-broadcasters in Spain . Antena 3 holds stakes in eight thematic channels on Via Digital, in Canal Satellite Digital and in an internet division (Servicom), and is also engaged in TVI Portugal and in Latin American thematic channels with around 5 million subscribers.
